Why the account you bought is tied to a ZenVan email address, and how long the mailbox stays active.

There is a waiting period before the account email can be moved

After an account changes device, Mobile Legends usually does not allow the account email to be changed for a while. In our experience this lasts about 30 days; it is not an official written Moonton rule, so follow the steps shown in Account Center. During that gap the account is paid for but its email cannot yet be moved to yours.

This mailbox protects you during that gap

If an account were handed over still using the previous owner's email, they could request a password reset and take it back. With the email on our domain, they cannot use the email to reset the password. This is what makes ZenVan's anti-hackback guarantee mean anything.

You hold the password — you are not just borrowing it

You sign in yourself, read the codes yourself, and can change the password yourself at any time from the Password menu. You never have to ask anyone for a code.

What we can see — honestly

ZenVan administrators can open this mailbox at any time, before or after you change the password, and can view the password issued with your purchase. That is needed to help you when something goes wrong and to investigate fraud. A password you choose yourself is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, so nobody can view it, including us. Every opening through our admin dashboard is recorded automatically, with the time and who did it. We do not sell, rent, or share the contents with anyone.

Optional: after the waiting period, move it to your own email

Open Account Center inside the game and follow the steps to change the account email to your own address. After that, the account's codes no longer arrive in this ZenVan mailbox, so we no longer have access to the account through that email.

The mailbox has no expiry date

This mailbox has no expiry date and keeps receiving codes for as long as the account uses this address. You can still move the account email to your own address any time after the waiting period, but that is your choice, not a requirement.
